Christmas Period

Forgot to sort out this posting, so I've now got my act together...

Following his 'puppy-strangles' Skiffle was still being weened off his Strong steroids which meant he still didn't have a functioning immune system, which meant he couldn't be allowed on the ground. However, he needed 'socialising' and to view the outside world. We did keep carrying him in our arms, but it eventually got to the point that he was too big and heavy, so we adapted a ruck-sack...

If you hadn't heard the weeks just before and just after the Christmas Period were characterised by unusually cold weather here in the UK. So we 'enjoyed' (not sure that's correct!) some early snow, which Skiff and the other two seemed to enjoy thoroughly...

Our village, Haughton, is well known for it's Christmas Lights ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haughton,_Staffordshire#Christmas_Lights)
So we usually take a walk around - this year I took some photos...
